We found the park to be very clean, but do feel the ladies showers need to have a makeover. We feel the €2 is a little steep for the showers. Surrounding campgrounds are either free or €1. The staff is friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns. Camac Valley is situated close to Clondalkin Village, Tallaght Town Centre and Liffey Valley Shopping Centre. There are many family attractions, including Leisureplex, which features 10-pin bowling, swimming pools, cinemas, shops, restaurants and pubs. Dublin City Hop on/Hop off Tour Bus goes to the campground 7 days a week every morning to pick up. There is also a public bus that stops at the park’s entrance gates. For the hop on hop off tickets, Adults €25.00 (2 day ticket) children (U14) free. Regular scheduled bus service No. 69 to city center from and returning bus stops at the entrance gate.
We really enjoyed our stay at this campsite! 5 stars
