Wonderful Day Visiting Zanesville, Ohio’s Antique Stores

We started on the the trip visiting Zanesville, Ohio. Our first stop was for lunch at Muddy Miser’s on the river. This place was very inviting and had a lot of history on how the name began. We were seated indoors, but there is an outdoor patio where you can eat and drink by the river. We had our choice of the Chicken & White Fish Sandwiches. The appetizer was slice mushroom with a in house sauce which was excellent! We give this place 5 stars!

We then went on to Slack’s Book Barn. This was also a two story book barn with a variety of new and old books. I found a novel from a 1977 movie wrote by Peter Benchley “The Deep”. Still looking for my hardcover from him “Jaws”!
